目的:筛选日本毛连菜的具有降血糖作用以及免疫增强作用的有效部位。方法:采用四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠模型,日本毛连菜不同提取物连续灌胃21天,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定小鼠血糖值。采用CCK-8法检测日本毛连菜不同提取物对正常大鼠体外脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖作用。结果:与模型组比较,日本毛连菜提取物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ能显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖值(P<0.05),其中提取物Ⅰ组小鼠血糖值降至(11.91±1.92)mmol/L,与阳性药组无显著性差异(P>0.05);提取物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ能刺激脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,其中提取物Ⅲ能显著促进刀豆蛋白A(Con A)诱导的淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.05)。结论:提取物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ具有显著降血糖作用;提取物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ具有免疫增强作用。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the effective parts with the function of hypoglycemic and immune enhancement of Ctenopha persicae. Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic mice model, Japan hairpin different extracts of continuous gavage for 21 days, using glucose oxidase method for determination of blood glucose in mice. CCK-8 method was used to detect the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes of normal rats in vitro. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ in the hairy broccoli could significantly decrease the blood glucose level in the diabetic mice (P <0.05), and the blood glucose level in the mice in the Ⅰ group decreased to (11.91 ± 1.92) mmol / L, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Extracts Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ could stimulate the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes. Extract Ⅲ could significantly promote lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A (P <0.05). Conclusion: The extract Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ has a significant hypoglycemic effect; extract Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ immune enhancement.
