目的研究有机物和无机干扰物对过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌效果的影响。方法通过载体定性灭菌试验和灭菌效果验证装置测试法,对三种有机物和一种无机物对过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌效果的影响进行了观察。结果有机物、氯化钠溶液和羊血污染的菌片,放置在表面对灭菌没有明显影响。不同测试物对管腔型器械灭菌效果的影响进行方差分析后发现,不同浓度小牛血清之间的差异无统计学意义;25%小牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与12%BSA、6%BSA之间的差异有统计学意义,而12%BSA和6%BSA组间差异无统计学意义。不同浓度氯化钠组各组两两之间的差异均有统计学意义。不同浓度羊血组各组两两之间的差异均有统计学意义。结论 BSA对灭菌的影响高于小牛血清。氯化钠溶液影响过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌器对管腔类器械的灭菌效果,随着氯化钠浓度的提高对灭菌效果影响增大。稀释到1%的羊血也影响过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌器对管腔类器械的灭菌效果,随着羊血浓度的提高对灭菌效果影响增大。
Objective To study the effects of organic and inorganic interferences on the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma. Methods The effects of three kinds of organic compounds and one kind of inorganic substance on the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma were observed by means of qualitative test of carrier sterilization and test of sterilizing effect verification device. Results Organic matter, sodium chloride solution and sheep blood contamination of the bacteria, placed on the surface of no significant effect on sterilization. The results of ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference between different concentrations of bovine serum (BSA), 12% BSA, 6% The difference between BSA and BSA was statistically significant, while there was no significant difference between 12% BSA and 6% BSA. The difference between every two groups in different concentrations of sodium chloride group was statistically significant. Different concentrations of sheep blood group between each pair of two differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of BSA on sterilization is higher than that of bovine serum. Sodium chloride solution affects the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer on lumen devices, and increases the sterilization effect with the increase of sodium chloride concentration. Sheep blood diluted to 1% also affected the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer on the lumen device, with the increase of the sheep blood concentration increasing the sterilization effect.
