标准化是组织现代化生产的重要手段,是 科学管理的组成部分。为运用标准化这一科学 管理手段,进一步搞好水土保持工作,保证工 程质量,提高经济效益,陕西省标准局和省水 土保持局于1982年十月召开有关科研、院校。
Standardization is an important means of organizing modern production and is an integral part of scientific management.
