研究了固溶处理对Mg-1.5Mn-1Ca-1Sr合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Mg-1.5Mn-1Ca-1Sr合金中的第二相主要为Mg2Ca、Mg17Sr2和α-Mn相。第二相同时分布在晶界上和晶粒内。经过固溶处理后,存在于晶界处的Mg2Ca相溶解入α-Mg基体,细化了晶界,减轻了合金的断裂倾向。α-Mn相分布也更加均匀。固溶强化和第二相强化共同作用,显著提升了固溶态合金的常温力学性能。
The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-1.5Mn-1Ca-1Sr alloy was studied. The results show that the second phase in Mg-1.5Mn-1Ca-1Sr alloy is mainly Mg2Ca, Mg17Sr2 and α-Mn phases. The second phase is distributed both on the grain boundaries and within the grains. After solution treatment, the Mg2Ca existing in the grain boundary dissolves into the α-Mg matrix, refining the grain boundaries and reducing the fracture tendency of the alloy. The α-Mn phase distribution is also more uniform. Solid solution strengthening and the second phase strengthening together, significantly enhance the solid solution state alloy at room temperature mechanical properties.
