通过分析河南省经济现状,发现河南省经济在经济增长方式、能源消耗利用率、环境保护以及低碳技术推广等方面都与新常态下低碳经济的要求存在较大差距。认清河南省的差距和问题,才能正确把握河南省经济发展应有别于全国普遍经验的特征,主动适应经济发展的新常态,探索一条适合河南省特征的低碳经济发展道路。
By analyzing the current economic situation in Henan Province, it is found that there is a big gap between Henan Province’s economy and the requirements of low-carbon economy in the new normal in economic growth mode, energy consumption efficiency, environmental protection and low-carbon technology promotion. A clear understanding of the differences and problems in Henan Province can we correctly grasp the characteristics of Henan’s economic development that should be different from the general experience of the whole country and take the initiative to adapt to the new normal of economic development and explore a road of development for a low-carbon economy that is suitable for the characteristics of Henan Province.
