我们采用Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ非接触式激光治疗１５例前列腺增生症，疗效满意，术后１３例子２周内，２例于习周内排尿通畅，术后６～１２周随着坏死组织的脱落排出而达到最佳效果，近期随诊结果表明，术后残余尿明显减少或消失，症状评价，平均尿流率及最大尿流率与术前比较，有显著性差异。本组术后并发附睾炎、尿路感染各１例，经处理均获痊愈，我们认为本法是治疗前列腺增生症的理想方法。
