All relevant departments of the State Council, Construction Commission of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (Construction Department): In order to strengthen the design and management of intelligent building systems engineering, standardize the market behavior and promote the healthy development of the work, the “Intelligent Building Systems Engineering Design Management Interim Regulations ”issued to you, according to the relevant provisions of the requirements of the work, and the problems encountered in the implementation of the Ministry of Construction Survey and Design Division.
