王××男36岁2个月前,右眼出现单眼复视,视力减退,无眼痛、头痛等不适。近1个月,右眼单眼复视好转,视力继续下降。于1986年3月13日来我院眼科门诊就诊。双眼自幼近视。父母非近亲联姻,无家族史。视力右眼0.2,左眼0.1。瞳孔等大,园形,直接及间接对光反应正常。双眼晶状体完全脱入璃玻体前下方,如针拨白内障术后之位置。晶体无明显混浊。眼底显豹纹状,视神经乳头正常。眼压指测正常。诊断:双眼晶状体全脱位。右眼用+9.00D球面镜,视力0.4,左眼视力不能矫正。
Wang × × Male 36 years old 2 months ago, the right eye monocular diplopia, vision loss, no eye pain, headache and other discomfort. Intraocular pressure to measure normal. Diagnosis: Binocular lens dislocation. Right eye + 9.00D spherical mirror, visual acuity 0.4, left eye vision can not be corrected.
