目的对挂金灯的染色体核型进行系统研究。方法采用常规制片方法,结合显微摄影技术对染色体进行检测、分析。结果挂金灯体细胞染色体数目2n=24;核型公式为 K(2n)=24=24 m;染色体相对长度组成为2n=24=14M_2+8M_1+2S,属于“1A”型。全组染色体总长度是32.44 μm,长臂总长度18.34 μm,核型不对称系数为56.54%。染色体总体积21.69μm~3。结论挂金灯染色体的数量、形态清晰,可为进一步的深入研究打下基础。
Objective To systematically study the chromosome karyotype of the hanging gold lamp. Methods The chromosomes were detected and analyzed by the conventional method of production and microscopic photography. Results The chromosome number of somatic cells was 2n=24; the karyotype formula was K(2n)=24=24 m; the relative length of chromosomes was 2n=24=14M_2+8M_1+2S, belonging to the type of “1A”. The total chromosome length of the whole group was 32.44 μm, the total length of long arms was 18.34 μm, and the asymmetric coefficient of karyotype was 56.54%. The total chromosome volume is 21.69 μm~3. Conclusion The number and shape of the hanging golden light chromosomes are clear, which can lay the foundation for further research.
