在教学工作中,一定要确认学生是学习的主体,然而这与发挥教师在教学工作中的主导作用是什么关系呢?我们认为两者是相辅相成的,是辩证的统一。事实上,整个教学工作是在教师指导下,依据已经认识的教学规律进行的。学生的学习情况、心理特征、生理特点以及教学方法的改进都需要教师去了解、探索、研究。因此,在教学活动中起主导作用的是教。只有充分发挥教师的主导作用,才能有效地保证学生成为学习的主体;要使学生成为学习的主体,对教师的要求相应就更高了。这里,我们就数学教师怎样发挥主导作用谈几点认识。
