新教师的头三年是从师范院校迈入中学教育岗位之初的一段时间,一般为教师成长的起步阶段。这一阶段新教师应当借助师徒结对快速获得能力,向书本学,向专家学,熟练掌握知识,并且对自身职业实践进行及时反思。这样才可能青出于蓝而胜于蓝,才具有可持续发展的能力,才能顺利地成长并迈向成熟。
The first three years of a new teacher’s entry into a post-secondary education position from a teacher training institution are generally the initial stages of the teacher’s growth. During this period, new teachers should quickly acquire the ability through the apprenticeship and apprenticeship, learn from books, learn from experts, master the knowledge, and conduct timely reflection on their own professional practice.
