针对机械专业教育模式目前的发展现状及存在的主要问题,结合机械工程学院的实际情况,以社会需求为导向,以实际工程为背景,以工程技术为主线,深入探索机械专业校企合作创新人才培养模式改革。实践证明校企合作的新型教育模式是培养机械专业创新人才的有效途径,能够有力推动理论和实践的结合,显著提升机械专业学生的工程意识、工程素质、工程实践能力和工程创新意识,培养造就创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的机械专业的高素质、应用型工程技术人才。
