目的 研究福尔马林诱发的大鼠海马原癌基因的表达。方法 注射福尔马林于大鼠左前爪掌心 1h后 ,采用免疫组化学方法 ,观察海马结构内FOS免疫反应。结果 在海马结构观察到大量FOS免疫反应细胞 ,主要见于下托、海马CA1、CA2 /A3和CA4区锥体细胞层以及齿状回内侧部和背侧部颗粒细胞层 ,齿状腹侧部偶见单个阳性细胞 ,除海马锥体细胞层和齿状回颗粒细胞层外 ,其它各层未见FOS免疫反应细胞。结论 大鼠海马在福尔马林痛模型中可能参与了痛感受和痛觉调制。
Objective To study the expression of proto-oncogene in rat hippocampus induced by formalin. Methods Formalin was injected into the left forepaw palms of rats for 1 hour after injection. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the FOS immune response in hippocampal formation. Results A large number of FOS immunoreactive cells were observed in the hippocampal formation mainly in the hippocampal CA1, CA2 / A3 and CA4 pyramidal cell layers and in the medial and dorsal part of the dentate gyrus granule cell layer, See a single positive cells, in addition to the hippocampal pyramidal cell layer and the dentate gyrus granulosa cell layer, no other layer of FOS immunoreactive cells. Conclusion The rat hippocampus may be involved in pain sensation and pain modulation in the formalin pain model.
