根据谭启栋教授提出的典型中心抽样设想及肖兴彦等人对典型中心抽样分布律的研究成果,提出中心抽样分布律的数学模型,并对其四个特征数加以求证,同时对中心抽样方法作以介绍。中心抽样方法即在概知总体平均值的附近随机选取一定数量的样本单元,以样本平均值作为总体平均值的无偏估计。此法选取样本少,估测精度高。
According to the typical center sampling hypothesis put forward by Professor Tan Qidong and the research results of the sampling distribution law of typical center by Xiao Xingyan et al., A mathematical model of the center sampling distribution law is proposed and its four characteristic numbers are verified. At the same time, the central sampling method is introduced . The central sampling method is to randomly select a certain number of sample units around the general average and use the sample average as the unbiased estimate of the overall average. This method selects a small sample, high estimation accuracy.
