目的 为探讨以问题为基础教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法在心血管内科临床教学中的应用效果.方法 将2012年2月—2013年2月在该院心血管内科实习的54名本科临床医学专业学生随机分为实验组与对照组,每组27例.实验组实施PBL教学联合案例教学法,对照组实施以授课为基础的传统单向教学法(LBL),比较两组学生的出科成绩以及教学满意度.结果 发现实验组学生在出科成绩及对教学满意度均优于对照组.结论 PBL教学联合案例教学法在心血管内科临床教学中能够显著提高学生的出科成绩及带教满意度,值得进行临床推广.“,”To investigate the clinical effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case methods of teaching adopted in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. 54 undergraduate medical students practiced in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of our hospital from February, 2012 to February, 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Each group had 27 cases. The experimental group adopted PBL combined with case methods of teaching, while the control group used lecture-based learning (LBL). Then the grades and teaching satisfaction of the students of two groups were compared. The results showed that the scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the observation group were better than those of the students in the control group. PBL combined with case methods of teaching can improve the students’ grade and satisfaction of teaching in clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine significantly, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
