报国务院批准,财政部5月16日下拨专项资金80亿元,支持京津冀及周边、长三角、珠三角地区开展大气污染防治,其中京津冀是重点。为推动地方加大大气污染防治工作力度,早日实现“蓝天白云”梦想,2014年中央财政共安排大气污染防治专项资金100亿元。此次下拨80亿元资金后,余下20亿元将于下半年择机下拨,主要用于京津冀及周边地
On approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Finance allocated a special fund of 8 billion yuan on May 16 to support the prevention and control of air pollution in Beijing, Tianjin and the surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta areas, of which Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are the priorities. In order to promote local efforts to intensify air pollution prevention and control and realize the dream of “blue sky and white clouds” as soon as possible, in 2014, the central finance allocated a total of 10 billion yuan of special funds for prevention and control of atmospheric pollution. After allocating 8 billion yuan of funds this time, the remaining 2 billion yuan will be allocated in the second half of the year, mainly for use in Beijing, Tianjin and the surrounding areas
