随着我国经济的快速发展,企业的数量在不断的增加,同时企业管理质量问题也显得尤为突出,企业缺乏有效的管理就会危及到企业的生存,其中现金流量管理问题应该是一个管理的重点。现金是企业生产经营的起点,也是企业发展的关键,企业只有充足的现金保障,才能进行正常的生产经营活动,同时,又要注意控制资金的量,避免形成浪费。要想在激烈的竞争中获得生存或更好的发展,企业就必须提高自身的现金流量管理水平,从而运用更科学和有效的方法对企业自身进行分析,并制定出更准确的解决方案,以此来加强企业对现金流量的管理。本文以案例分析的方法,对超日太阳能公司的现金流量管理情况进行了研究,以达到增加企业现金流量管理水平的目的。首先,本文对超日太阳能公司进行了简单介绍。
