作者研究了烟青虫Helicoverpa assulta(Guenée)安徽凤阳种群滞育诱导和解除的基本特性。结果表明,在24和26℃下,滞育临界光周期分别为13h11min和12h 04min。6龄幼虫为主要敏感虫期。以7和16℃下处理60天以上为滞育解除的适宜条件。春季越冬蛹眼点移动后的发育起始温度为15.24℃,有效积温为152.03日度,眼点移动和羽化进度可用Stinner的累积率曲线来描述。
The authors studied the basic characteristics of diapause induction and release in the population of Helicoverpa assulta (Guenée) in Fengyang, Anhui province. The results showed that the critical photoperiod of diapause was 13h11min and 12h 04min respectively at 24 and 26 ℃. 6th instar larvae are the main sensitive insect stage.
