教育的发展离不开教师,如果教师得不到发展,学校发展、学生发展、教育发展都将成为一句空话。随着新课程的推进,教师们面临着许多新问题,这些问题使教师们困惑、焦虑,他们迫切希望获取他人的帮助,解决问题。因此,我们的培训目标首先要定位于解决教育教学问题。这样的培训,必然是满足于教师学习需求的,受到教师欢迎的。为此如何才能找到促进教师专业化发展的有效途径呢?是我们培训人员应该思考的问题,我认为新课程背景下教师的培训工作不能忽视以下
The development of education can not be separated from teachers. If teachers can not develop, the development of schools, the development of students and the development of education will all become empty talk. As the new curriculum advances, teachers face many new problems that confuse and anxiety teachers. They are eager to get help from others and solve problems. Therefore, our training objectives must first be targeted at solving problems in education and teaching. Such training must be satisfied with the teachers’ learning needs and welcomed by teachers. Therefore, how to find an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers? It is a question that we trainers should think about. In my opinion, the training of teachers under the new curriculum background can not be ignored.
