通过甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法研究红豆杉对室内空气中二氧化硫的净化能力。选择0.5 ml/min的流速连续采样20 min,采用甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法对3种红豆杉品种试验房间的空气进行测试,得到二氧化硫的线性方程:y=0.0301x+0.023 5,r2=0.999 7。试验测得3个品种的试验房间中二氧化硫的含量都有所减少,说明红豆杉对二氧化硫具有一定的净化能力。其中,云南红豆杉的净化速率较为突出,南方红豆杉次之,曼迪亚红豆杉相对较弱。
Study on Purification Ability of Yew to Sulfur Dioxide in Indoor Air by Formaldehyde Absorption - pararosaniline Spectrophotometry. The flow rate of 0.5 ml / min was continuously sampled for 20 min, and the formaldehyde absorption-pararosaniline spectrophotometry was used to test the air in three kinds of yew cultivars. The linear equation of sulfur dioxide was obtained: y = 0.0301x + 0.023 5, r2 = 0.999 7. Tests measured three varieties of test room sulfur dioxide levels have decreased, indicating that yew of sulfur dioxide has a certain ability to purify. Among them, Taxus yunnanensis purification rate is more prominent, followed by the southern yew, Mandiya yew relatively weak.
