1985年底以来笔者采用消炎硬化剂治疗鼻衄100余例,收到满意效果。现将经过随访的68例小结于下。一、临床资料男性51例,女性17例,年龄12～83岁。出血史7天至20年。中隔前下方出血65例,鼻甲出血3例。其中8例有高血压症。二、消炎硬化剂配制方法取四环素针剂0.25g溶于2％利多卡因5ml中备用。2％地卡因棉片麻醉鼻腔粘膜15分钟,抽吸消炎硬化剂用5号针头在出血点前下方粘膜下注射1～1.5ml。如仍出血可予填塞,每次注射一侧,必
