本文报告46例47例次皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征。男:女为1.6∶1;年龄≤4岁占97.9％;春季发病最高(占42.6％),秋季最低(占6.8％)。诊断中应注意体征可于发热1周后出现,皮疹可于发热前发生,单侧和双侧颈淋巴结肿大病例差异无显著性。二维超声心动图对冠状动脉病变的诊断有重要价值。治疗以阿司匹林、潘生丁和护心疗法为主,但对过高热者可短期使用皮质激素。
This article reports 46 cases of 47 cases of cutaneous mucosal lymph node syndrome. Male: female 1.6: 1; age ≤ 4 years old accounted for 97.9%; the highest incidence in spring (42.6%), the lowest in autumn (6.8%). Two-dimensional echocardiography has important value in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
