自主创新机制实质上是高科技信息通过各要素单位流向产品生产的一种特殊的信息传播过程。借鉴传播学5W模式,通过类比5W模式中的传播者、传播内容、媒介、传播受众和效果,构建军民融合国防科技工业自主创新机制,并针对如何提高我国国防科技工业自主创新能力提出相关政策建议。
In essence, the mechanism of independent innovation is a special information dissemination process in which high-tech information flows to product production through various factor units. Draw lessons from the 5W model of communication science, propagate audiences and effects through the communicators in the analogy 5W mode, build the independent innovation mechanism of military and civilian integration of national defense science and technology industry, and put forward relevant policy suggestions on how to improve the capability of independent innovation of China’s national defense science and technology industry .
