The sealing behavior of Al2O3 ceramic and Nb metal with Ni-Ti superalloy was discussed. The results show that Ni-Ti brazing filler metal has good wettability and high interfacial strength after welding. Ti in the brazing filler metal and O in the Al2O3 enrichment and bonding at the reaction interface are the reasons why the two materials are connected. Nb dissolves into the solder to reduce the residual stress at the interface and increase the strength
