议论说理是《聊斋志异》中的重要内容,表达作者对社会人生世情的认识思考、对社会的评判,抒发忧愤,及劝惩之意。《聊斋志异》的议论说理有三种方式:其一是通过故事中的人物之口;其二是小说故事情节的哲理意蕴;其三是“异史氏曰”中的议论。作者通过这三种方式巧妙地表达了丰富的哲理、义理、事理、情理,形成了丰富的理趣,全书呈现了浓厚的理趣美。《聊斋志异》中的理趣,具有深刻之美、丰蕴之美、趣蕴之美、情理交融之美。
