随着西太平洋地区多数国家与地区经济的持续发展,在这一区域逐渐出现了一种新的经济关系与区域化发展趋势。这种发展与变化将不仅打破这一区域原有的经济格局,进行重新组合,以适应世界经济集团化趋势的发展,而且将改变整个世界力量的对比与布局,使西太平洋地区成为世界上经济最活跃的地区,与大西洋欧洲国家一并成为世界两大经济中心。一、亚太地区正在形成一种新的国际分工体系与新的经济关系目前,正在形成中的亚太地区的国际分工体系与经济关系具有如下主要特征:
