用灰阶超声图象检查可以作为膀胱肿瘤一种新的非损害性的分期方法。材料和方法:取5例无肉眼病变的尸体膀胱,将膀胱用水充盈和部分排空以后分别用2.5,3.5和5微赫兹(MHz),从纵、横、斜三个方向作超声波扫描。另取20例盆腔解剖正常的充盈膀胱的其他病例作超声扫描作回顾性研究,以精确测出正常膀胱壁的外形轮廓。超声图象测定器采用 80L回声图系统(Echoview System)灰阶超声波扫描机。将充盈和部分排空
Grayscale ultrasound image examination can be used as a new non-invasive bladder tumor staging method. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Five cases of cadaveric non-pharyngeal urinary bladder were taken. After the bladder was filled with water and partly emptied, the bladder was scanned with ultrasound in three directions of longitudinal, transverse and diagonal using 2.5, 3.5 and 5 microhertz (MHz) respectively.
