民族法制建设是多民族国家法制建设的一项重要内容。党的十六届六中全会提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟目标。作为一个多民族国家,我国现阶段的民族法制建设对于能否最终建成社会主义和谐社会具有至关重要的作用。在新的历史条件下,如何加强我国民族法制建设,真正实现建成社会主义和谐社会的伟大目标已经成为我们必须面对的课题。
The construction of national legal system is an important part of the legal construction in a multi-ethnic country. The Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the grand goal of building a harmonious socialist society. As a multi-ethnic country, the current national legal construction in our country is of vital importance to the eventual completion of a socialist harmonious society. Under the new historical conditions, how to strengthen our national legal system and truly realize the great goal of building a harmonious socialist society has become a subject that we must face.
