主席团、各位代表同志!我首先祝贺大会的成功。各位代表,在共产党的领导下,以最大的努力完成了全陕西人民许多年来的愿望,开好了历史上空前未有的第一次陕西省人民代表大会。本人衷心地向全体代表致敬!并祝各位身体健康!我个人被选为出席全国人民代表大会的代表,感到很荣幸。我是一个教员出身的人,在旧社会反动统治下,反动派就不给人民的劳动权利和自由,不许我给学生讲老实话,说真理,强迫我欺骗青年学生,每年寒暑假都是我失业的关头,到后来竟然把我逐出教育界,不许我教书,
