广西壮族自治区人民政府:你区报送的《关于报送广西证券交易中心清理整顿方案的函》(桂政函[1999]14号)收悉。根据《国务院办公厅转发证监会清理整顿证券交易中心方案的通知》(国办发[1998]135号)和我会《关于印发周正庆、陈耀先同志在清理整顿证券交易中心工作会议上讲话的通知》(证监[1998]53号)精神,经研究,现批复如下:
People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region: The letter on the proposal of cleaning up and reorganizing Guangxi Stock Exchange (Guizhenghan [1999] No. 14) submitted by your district was received. According to “Circular of the General Office of the State Council for Forwarding the Scheme of the Securities and Futures Commission on Clearing and Reorganizing the Securities and Exchange Center” (Guo Ban Fa [1998] No. 135) and I "Circular on Issuing Comrades Zhou Zhengqing and Chen Yao Xian at the Working Meeting on Liquidation and Reorganization of Securities Exchanges (Zheng Jian [1998] No. 53) spirit, the study, is hereby approved as follows:
