临床上有些病人因年龄大，气道反应性高往往不能耐受纤维支气管镜检查，而不能直接被观察支气管内的病理改变。为增加病人对检查的耐受性，我们采用了术前吸入硫酸特布他林气雾剂的方法，现报告如下。１ 病例和方法选择１９９８年１～６月行纤维支气管镜检查的所有病人８０例
