就业难成为当前新闻传媒专业学生所要面对的难题之一,提升毕业生就业力成为关键性要素。本文从就业力的概念与内涵入手,对我国当期新闻传媒专业就业背景及现状进行了深入剖析,在此基础上,以高校课程教学为切入点,提出调整课程内容、建立需求导向型实践模式、运用团队教学法和加强职业规划教育四条策略,以提升高校新闻专业学生就业能力。
Employment is hard to become one of the problems that current news media students have to face. Improving graduate employment becomes a key factor. Starting with the conception and connotation of employment force, this paper analyzes the employment background and current situation of news media professionals in our country at an early stage. On the basis of this, taking the teaching of colleges and universities as an entry point, this paper proposes to adjust the curriculum content and establish a demand-oriented practice model, Using team teaching method and strengthening career planning education four strategies to enhance the employability of college journalism students.
