刘维亭是山东省鄄城县引马乡土车刘庄村党支部书记、民兵连指导员。他依靠党的富民政策,艰苦创业20年,先后建起了砖窑厂、电瓶厂等,成为拥有固定资产数百万元的富裕户。 1996年2月,刘维亭在村党员大会上,以全票当选为党支部书记。一位老党员对他说:“大伙投你的票,为了啥?还不是看你能带咱致富,你可不能让大伙失望啊！” 那一刻,刘维亭心潮难平,像有许多话要说,但想了再三,只说了一句:“一人富了不算富,我要让咱村成为全县知名的小康村！”
