通过对我院１９８９年５～１０月期间，按随机分配原则放置３种不同类型的宫内节育器（ＩＵＤ）共２９９例进行比较分析，其中ＴＣＵ２２０１００例，药铜１６５１００例，γ型ＩＵＤ９９例。结果示３种ＩＵＤ均达到理想的避孕效果，５ａ存放率分别为８７．９１％，８７．８８％和７８．４％。药铜１６５ＩＵＤ脱落率高于ＴＣＵ２２０、γ型ＩＵＤ，而γ型ＩＵＤ经期延长多于药铜１６５。提示３种不同类型ＩＵＤ各具优劣，作为更理想有效的ＩＵＤ尚需进一步探讨改进。
Through our hospital from May to October 1989 period, according to the principle of random allocation of three different types of IUD placed in a total of 299 cases were analyzed, of which TCU 220,100 cases, 161,500 cases of copper, γ-type IUD99 cases. The results showed that the three kinds of IUDs achieved the ideal contraceptive effect. The 5a storage rates were 87.91%, 87.88% and 78.4% respectively. Copper IUD 165IUD shedding rate is higher than TCU220, γ-type IUD, and γ-type IUD menstrual prolongation more than drug copper 165. Tip 3 different types of IUD each have their own advantages and disadvantages, as a more effective and effective IUD still need to further explore improvements.
