新西兰地处南半球,毗邻南极大陆,周边被南太平洋所环绕,国土面积与日本、英国相当。公元10世纪,新西兰开始有人类居住,目前人口总数不足500万,当地目前有1/4的国土面积处于未开发的原始状态,其畜牧业、旅游业较为发达。当地非常注重环境保护、与自然和谐相处及生态平衡。新西兰国民平均寿命为80～90岁,机场、商店的工作人员及很多的专职驾驶员的年龄都较大。
New Zealand is located in the southern hemisphere, adjacent to the Antarctic continent, surrounded by the South Pacific Ocean, the land area and Japan, the United Kingdom quite. In the tenth century AD, New Zealand started to have human settlements. At present, the total population is less than 5 million. Currently, one fourth of the land area in the country is in an undeveloped primitive state with more developed husbandry and tourism. The local government places great emphasis on environmental protection, harmony with nature and ecological balance. The average life expectancy of New Zealand citizens is 80 ~ 90 years old, airport, shop staff and many full-time drivers are older.
