成都市一户乡镇企业造纸厂,1987年下旬购置了一台SZL4-13-AⅡ型锅炉。安装后投入使用仅87天,发现炉膛内对流管束发生贯穿性溃疡状腐蚀孔,被迫停炉,但未查明原因,就局部补焊后,继续使用。两天后,相继在多根管束产生同样的腐蚀孔,再次停炉并上报市劳动局锅炉压力容器安全监察处和市锅检所,经现场调查分析,认定是水质恶劣引起的严重腐蚀事故,根据腐蚀情况,已无修复价值,被迫报废。据了解,该锅炉整体安装完毕后,未经市有关部门
