河北省爱国卫生运动委员会9月18日发出通知,要求全省城乡结合爱国卫生运动,广泛发动群众,抓住今秋明春灭鼠有利时机,开展大面积灭鼠活动。通知提出五点要求:第一要切实加强对灭鼠工作的领导,由各级领导同志负责,吸收卫生、农业、科委、粮食、供销等有关部门领导和技术人员参加,制定计划,分工协作,分层承包,把灭鼠工作抓实抓好;第二要充分利用报纸、电台、电视和有线广播,大力宣传灭鼠的意义、方法,普及灭鼠知识,同时做好技术
