ICP光源温度高,对难激发元素磷,在较低的观察高度,具有较好的灵敏度。试样经王水分解后,在高氯酸介质中,用氢溴酸除去大量锡,以消除高盐溶液对炬管的堵塞。试液经去溶装置送入等离子体炬焰,以照相法水液标样绘制工作曲线,锗作内标。方法测定下限为1微克磷/毫升,可测定试样中低至0.005%的磷。对于磷为0.5%以上的试样,不去溶、不去锡,用与试样相一致标准液绘制工作曲线。方法较简便、快速,结果满意。分析条件,见表1。
ICP light source temperature is high, difficult to stimulate the elemental phosphorus, at a lower observation height, with good sensitivity. After the sample is decomposed by aqua regia, a large amount of tin is removed with hydrobromic acid in the perchloric acid medium to eliminate the clogging of the torch with high salt solution. The test solution is sent to the plasma torch through desolventizing device, and the working curve is drawn with the photographic standard aqueous solution, with germanium as the internal standard. The method has a lower limit of 1 μg phosphorus / ml and can measure as little as 0.005% phosphorus in the sample. For the phosphorus is more than 0.5% of the sample, do not dissolve, do not go to tin, with the same standard with the sample draw working curve. The method is simple, fast and satisfactory.
