1976年蓬莱电灌站的一台625千瓦电动机烧坏了,我们决定自力更生进行修理。经查阅资料及学习外地经验,采用了新的绝缘材料——粉云母环氧玻璃丝带。这种材料系防城造纸厂生产,价钱便宜,使用方便,工艺简单,加上其他材料费,一共只用了5,000多元。1977年我们采用同样办法又修理了一台625千瓦的电动机。我们自己动手大修这两台电动机,一共为国家节约开支14,000多元,而且抢上了灌溉季节。通过这两次修理电动机,初步摸索出了一套检修工艺。现将我们大修高压电动机的技术要点简单介绍于下。
In 1976, a 625-kilowatt electric motor at the Penglai Electric Irrigation Station was destroyed, and we decided to repair for ourselves.
