近年来,伴随着“中国式管理”领域研究的深入与发展,众多学者对该领域所显现出的诸多问题进行了深刻的反思。其中,对学术研究起支撑性作用的研究方法问题成为学界讨论的热点。为了便于各位研究者更深刻的了解当前该领域的研究方法,本文提出了“中国式管理”领域中所存在的四类研究维度,并基于此四类研究维度,对当前该领域的研究方法体系进行了划分。文章最后,又针对四类研究方法间的内在逻辑关系进行了探讨,从而最终形成了对“中国式管理”领域中研究方法体系的完整理解与把握。
In recent years, with the deepening and development of researches in the field of “Chinese-style management”, many scholars have conducted profound rethinkings on many problems that have emerged in this field. Among them, the academic research on the supporting role of research methods has become a hot discussion in academia. In order to facilitate the researchers to understand the current research methods in this field, this paper proposes four kinds of research dimensions in the field of “Chinese-style management.” Based on these four research dimensions, the current research in this field Methodological system is divided. At the end of the article, we also discuss the inherent logical relations among the four types of research methods, and finally form a complete understanding and grasping of the research methodology in the field of “Chinese-style management.”
