目的研究X线数字摄影双能量减影对输尿管结石患者的诊断价值。方法选择2013年5月-2015年5月我院收治的88例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,均进行常规腹部X线检查和数字化X线摄影双能量减影检查,并将检查结果与手术结果进行核对,比较两种腹部X线检查方式对输尿管结石的诊断价值。结果 X线直接数字摄影双能量减影对输尿管结石的诊断准确率为97.73%,高于常规腹部X线检查的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);双能量减影X线片的漏诊率为2.27%,小于常规X线片的12.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 X线直接数字摄影双能量减影检查对于输尿管结石患者的诊断价值较高,与手术结果符合率高,安全性好,实用性强,值得临床推荐。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of digital subtraction radiography in patients with ureteral calculi. Methods Eighty-eight patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled in the study. Both conventional abdominal X-ray examination and digital radiography double-energy subtraction examination were performed. The examination results and surgical findings Check and compare the diagnostic value of two kinds of abdominal X-ray examination for ureteral calculi. Results The diagnostic accuracy of direct digital radiography with dual energy subtraction for ureteral calculi was 97.73%, which was higher than 87.50% of conventional abdominal X-ray examination, with significant difference (P <0.05) The missed diagnosis rate was 2.27%, less than 12.50% of conventional radiographs, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion X-ray direct digital radiography double-energy subtraction for the diagnosis of ureteral calculi in patients with high value, and the surgical results with a high rate of safety, practicality, it is worth recommending.
