罗涛:1965年生、洪湖市荆州花鼓剧团二级演员,主工小生。曾主演《站花墙》、《三打金枝》、《四下河南》、《不沉的湖》、《洪桥别》等众多剧目。1997年以《访友》中的梁山伯夺得湖北省第三届青年演员比赛优秀新人奖。他扮相俊雅,嗓音清纯,表演细腻,唱做俱佳,能根据统戏和现代戏的要求塑造人物形象,是荆州花鼓戏剧种极有前途的青年演员。本届以《九哥闹湖》参评,成功地塑造了致力于科教兴国、’创办水上学校的有志青年张九哥的感人形象。
