轮边电动机是电传动矿用铰接式自卸车的重要动力部件,其各种动力性能指标及散热等问题对整车性能有着重要的影响。针对某车型矿用自卸车传动系统中水冷永磁同步电动机,结合实际冷却系统,对电动机进行数学建模,并应用Ansoft软件进行了电磁仿真,从而确定了电动机热源情况及边界条件。最后应用FLUENT对冷却水套进行温度场仿真,并通过试验验证了电动机及其冷却系统设计的可行性。
The wheel rim motor is an important power component of the electric articulated mining articulated dump truck, and its various dynamic performance indexes and heat dissipation have an important impact on the performance of the vehicle. Aiming at water cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in the drive system of mining truck for a certain type of vehicle, the motor is mathematically modeled with the actual cooling system and the electromagnetic simulation is carried out with Ansoft software to determine the heat source condition and the boundary conditions of the motor. At last, FLUENT was used to simulate the temperature field of the cooling water jacket, and the feasibility of the design of the motor and its cooling system was verified through experiments.
