应用蛋白水解法测定AST同工酶,观察到COPD发作期血清m-AST活性、m-AST与AST总活性的比值均显著上升.与健康对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),作者认为这与COPD发作期严重缺氧有关.
AST isozymes were measured by proteolytic method and the activity of m-AST was observed in the episode of COPD. The ratio of m-AST to total AST was significantly increased, which was significantly different from that of healthy controls (P <0.01) The authors believe that this is COPD the onset of severe hypoxia.
