目的:探讨细胞角质素片段抗原21-1(Cyfra21-1)、NSE、CEA、CA125与肺癌病理类型之间的相关性。方法:收集88例肺癌患者和103例健康体检者血样和资料;采用化学发光免疫分析仪测定所有对象血清肿瘤标志物Cyfra21-1、NSE、CEA、CA125水平。分析它们与肺癌病理类型之间的关系。结果:88例肺癌中,鳞癌37例、腺癌31例、小细胞肺癌20例。与对照组比较,各病例组肿瘤标志物水平均有明显升高(P<0.05)。Cy-fra21-1水平为鳞癌组>腺癌>小细胞性肺癌(P<0.05)。NSE水平为鳞癌组<腺癌<小细胞性肺癌(P<0.05);单因素分析结果表明,非小细胞性肺癌患者中血清Cyfra21-1高于平均值者占72.05%;小细胞肺癌患者中血清Cyfra21-1高于平均值者为40.0%,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小细胞性肺癌中,NSE水平大于均值者为80.00%,非小细胞性肺癌中,NSE水平大于均值者为22.06%,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清Cyfra21-1和NSE水平与肺癌病理类型存在相关性。血清Cyfra21-1检测有利于非小细胞性肺癌的检出,尤其是鳞癌;NSE则有利于小细胞性肺癌的检出。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1 (Cyfra21-1), NSE, CEA and CA125 and pathological types of lung cancer. Methods: The blood samples and data of 88 patients with lung cancer and 103 healthy controls were collected. The levels of serum tumor markers Cyfra21-1, NSE, CEA and CA125 were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Analyze their relationship with the pathological type of lung cancer. Results: In 88 cases of lung cancer, 37 cases were squamous cell carcinoma, 31 cases were adenocarcinoma and 20 cases were small cell lung cancer. Compared with the control group, the levels of tumor markers in each group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Cy-fra21-1 levels were squamous cell carcinoma> adenocarcinoma> small cell lung cancer (P <0.05). The NSE level was squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). The results of univariate analysis showed that the average serum Cyfra21-1 in non-small cell lung cancer accounted for 72.05% Serum Cyfra21-1 higher than the average was 40.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Small cell lung cancer, NSE levels were greater than the mean was 80.00%, non-small cell lung cancer, NSE levels were greater than the average was 22.06%, the difference between groups was also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum levels of Cyfra21-1 and NSE are correlated with pathological types of lung cancer. Serum Cyfra21-1 detection is beneficial for the detection of non-small cell lung cancer, especially squamous cell carcinoma; NSE is beneficial for the detection of small cell lung cancer.
