目的:了解农二师居民的预期寿命指标,以及从去死因顺位中分析人口预期寿命的损害程度,为卫生部门提供防病依据。方法:以分层整群随机抽样方法,抽样人口占总人口的25.02％,收集了1997～2001年5年的死亡资料。结果:农二师人口平均预期寿命为75.66岁,其中男性为73.44岁,女性79.73岁。死亡顺位前八位为:循环系统疾病;肿瘤;呼吸系统疾病;损伤和中毒;内分泌营养、代谢及免疫疾病患;症状、体征和不明情况;消化系统疾病;传染病和寄生虫病。其对平均寿命的耗损分别为:5.74、2.61、2.89、2.47、0.23、1.06、0.39、0.25岁。结论:农二师人均期望寿命与国內水平相比属较高水平。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the life expectancy of residents of Nong Du division and to analyze the degree of damage to the life expectancy of the population from the rank of death, and to provide the basis for disease prevention for the health department. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was used. The sampled population accounted for 25.02% of the total population, and the 5-year mortality data were collected from 1997 to 2001. Results: The average life expectancy of Nong Nie division was 75.66 years old, of which 73.44 years old for males and 79.73 years for females. The first eight deaths are: circulatory diseases; tumors; respiratory diseases; injuries and poisoning; endocrine disorders of nutrition, metabolism and immune diseases; symptoms, signs and unknown conditions; digestive diseases; infectious diseases and parasitic diseases. The average life expectancy of the wear and tear were: 5.74,2.61,2.89,2.47,0.23,1.06,0.39,0.25 years old. Conclusion: The average life expectancy of the second agricultural division is higher than the national level.
