我院1987年7月～1989年4月87例次病人安置了人工心脏起搏器,其中23例安置了程控心脏起搏器,现将结果报告如下:临床资料方法及结果 1.全组23例,男13例,女10例,年龄41～77(57.57±6.34)岁。按病因分冠心病8例,心肌炎2例,原因不明12例,风心病1例。按心律失常分类,病窦综合征10例,Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞12例。单纯窦缓1例。2.全组共有12例病人安置美国 Intermedics 公司产 Supri-maⅡ型程控起搏器。程序控制器为美国 Interme-dics 公司产品,程控功能有频率、脉宽、电压、感知灵敏度、起搏类型等6个参数。11例按置泰明医
87 cases of artificial heart pacemakers were placed in our hospital from July 1987 to April 1989, of which 23 cases were programmed pacemakers, the results are reported as follows: Clinical data methods and results 1. The whole group of 23 Cases, 13 males and 10 females, aged 41 to 77 (57.57 ± 6.34) years old. 8 cases of coronary heart disease by etiology, myocarditis in 2 cases, 12 cases of unknown cause, rheumatic heart disease in 1 case. According to arrhythmia classification, sick sinus syndrome in 10 cases, Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block in 12 cases. A simple sinus slow in 1 case. 2. A total of 12 patients in the whole group were enrolled in the Supri-ma Ⅱ programmable pacemaker manufactured by Intermedics Company of the United States.
