一、台湾甘蔗品种的变迁台湾是我国古老的植蔗省之一,甘蔗栽培约有六、七百年的历史。甘蔗品种随着时间的推移,发生了重大的变迁,自从本世纪始,这八十年来台湾甘蔗品种不断更换,每次换种都促进了台湾糖业的发展。现将其变迁情况介绍如下:(一)竹蔗时代:竹蔗(由福建引进),栽培历史达三百多年,1905年栽培面积仍占总植蔗面积的90%,但该品种糖份低,产量不高,
