高职院校教师专业发展存在着教育性、知识性和职业性三个向度。当前高职院校教师专业发展存在着教育性向度发展缺乏持续性支持、知识性向度不足、职业性向度层次不高的问题。需要通过提升教师教育实践能力、推动教师掌握技术知识、增强技术应用和开发能力等策略,促进教师专业的全面发展。从事技术应用和开发研究以及教学研究是促进高职院校教师专业发展可能的突破口。
The professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges exists the three directions of education, knowledge and occupation. At present, the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges is characterized by the lack of sustained support for the development of educational orientation, the lack of knowledge orientation, and the low level of professional orientation. It is necessary to promote the overall development of teachers’ professionalism through such measures as enhancing the practical ability of teachers’ education, promoting the teachers’ mastery of technical knowledge and enhancing the ability of technology application and development. Engaged in the application of technology and the development of research and teaching and research is to promote professional development of higher vocational teachers may be a breakthrough point.
