高校体育是我国体育课程的重要组成部分,随着教育部出台新的规定即加重体育在高考的比例,说明国家的教育中心逐渐转移到我国大学生的身体素质,然而好的学生的身体素质需要有合格的体育老师教授,本文正是以此为出发点来了解高校体育老师的教学现状、职称结构、教学年龄进行调查以期待为我国高校学校体育教育的顺利发展提供参考性建议,为实现学校体育教育整体战略目标提供依据。
